“The jury recognized the exceptional quality of the project by awarding it the ‘COUP DE COEUR’ mention, as it could also have been singled out for its accessibility and innovation. This project for the inclusion of special-needs individuals breaks new ground with its unique leisure activities, its partnership with Opéra de Montréal and its great adaptability in a pandemic context. The benefits, spin-offs, knowledge-sharing and sustainable development of the project, which lies at the heart of the project, are demonstrated. What's more, the implementation of a university research program testifies to its impact and consolidates its sustainability.”

The Prix Développement Raymond Bachand is awarded every other year, alternating with the Prix Innovation Guy Langlois. It is awarded in recognition of an organization's ongoing commitment and determination to make recreational activities accessible to people with functional limitations on the island of Montreal.

The Prix Innovation Guy Langlois is a distinction awarded in recognition of an organization that has demonstrated a commitment to the needs of people with functional limitations, and has also taken action. La Gang à Rambrou received this award for its new project to make musical instruments from recycled materials.

10 years later, La Gang à Rambrou was again awarded the Janine-Sutto prize for its Arrière-Scène program.

Mon rêve
Created in 2014, the Prix Création Mon rêve is awarded annually by AlterGo in collaboration with the Chinese Consulate General in Montreal and the City of Montreal. The Prix Création Mon rêve is made possible by the contribution of the Troupe des artistes handicapés de Chine, which presented the show Mon Rêve at Place des Arts in Montréal in the fall of 2012. This troupe, which has organized solidarity activities and given charity performances in over 60 countries, has been granted Artist for Peace status by UNESCO, in recognition of its role in promoting culture, friendship and understanding.

Prix Paul Buissonneau
The Prix Paul-Buissonneau recognizes the outstanding contribution of an individual, amateur company or organization to the development of amateur theater in Montreal. Each year, the winner receives an honorary certificate and a $1,000 grant. The Prix Paul-Buissonneau is presented by the City of Montreal.
